Through a proprietary process, Kevlar is sandwiched between two layers of carbon fiber pre-preg.
This patented (US patent pending) process helps reduce the ovaling effect a rod blank

Wow !!!! This rod throws a line as flat as a billiard table with a loop you can throw through
a screen door.  I would certainly rated this as one of the best 8wt rods I have ever cast.

Upgraded components from the TiCr Series-Including a rich blue blank, flor grade cork and
newly designed aluminium reel seats with a uniquely cushioned reel hood.  The 6, 8 and 9 weight
rods have a channel lock sliding reel hood with double locking rings and feature full-wells grips
with fighting butts.  Oversized titanium oxide first stripping guides start with#20 on the 6 and
an 8 and #24 on the 9 weight.  The 5 weight rod has a reversed half-wells grip, single up locking
ring and a matte black graphite insert.
