A beautiful 100 year old Farm House accents the properties 32 acres and two miles of private river access.

The all-inclusive 1,200 square-foot, 3-bdrm/2-bath farm house has a large fireplace and TV/DVD with a video library for you to enjoy late night relaxation.

Two large dining/lounging rooms are the home's keystone. A fully equipped kitchen makes cooking and washing dishes a thing of near-luxury. A very large barbecue and fire pit out back and a soaker tub upstairs get you even closer to luxury.

This beautiful and unique piece of Southern Alberta is not just home to some of the worlds strongest and largest trout; you will also see a variety of birds including the Canada goose, bald and golden eagles soaring above the hillside.

Other animals you may see while enjoying your time at “The River House” include white-tail and mule deer, beaver, porcupine, partridge, pheasants, pelicans, gophers and coyote and even the odd Moose.
